The LOFTS Art District

Located at the foot of Tahquitz Canyon in downtown Palm Springs, The LOFTS Art District at Sun Center is a vibrant contemporary art community housed within a Richard Harrison–designed building. The district is home to five working artist galleries and studios, featuring a diverse range of contemporary art, including modern abstraction, architecture-inspired work, photography, mixed media, and experimental media. Visitors have the opportunity to explore the creative work of Mike Arnone of Big Mike Art, Thomas Burns of Art Works Gallery, Jon Gamél of Gamél Art, John Fox Haag of John Fox Haag Gallery, Paul Kaiser of Paul Kaiser Studio, Jim Landé of ORANGERIE Fine Art Gallery, Mark Pellegrino of Impellgallery and Christopher Stone of Stone Gallery, all within the unique creative environment of The Lofts.

One of the highlights of The LOFTS Art District is the 2nd Thursday Art Walk, held monthly from 4:00–7:00 PM. During the Art Walk, the galleries and studios come alive as artists open their doors to collectors, locals, and visitors. Guests can meet the artists, explore their studios and galleries, view new and original work, and experience the energy and creativity of Palm Springs’ local art community.

The LOFTS Art District is located within Sun Center at 610 S. Belardo Road, Palm Springs, CA 92264, offering visitors an opportunity to discover contemporary art in an intimate studio setting just steps from downtown Palm Springs and the entrance to Tahquitz Canyon.
